Free Pop Up • Igniting the Inner Feeling: Active Breath and Chekhov’s Heart Center

Join mVm Director Kristi Dana to explore the merger of mVm’s Active Breath and Michael Chekhov’s Heart Center. Discover how imagination, breath, and gesture unite to fuel the spontaneous and vulnerable vocal impulse of the character.

No previous mVm or Chekhov experience required. Please bring some memorized text, even 30 seconds will do.

This is a FREE class, but registration is required.
