  • This course is for anyone who wants to explore the core mVm concept of Active Breath and its effect on their voices, their habits, and the way they are perceived in the world.

    It’s for anyone with an interest in public speaking, clearer communication, or simply a desire to develop their Somatic Practice.

    You will learn foundational mVm exercises, and apply mVm to conversation and prepared text–whatever that looks like in your life and work.

    Our exercises will help you build new, more efficient vocal habits, and your newfound awareness of breath will help you access these habits when you really need them!
