All the time we spend virtually communicating can be exhausting--even for our voices. Talking into the void of Zoom can naturally trigger anxiety (“am I reaching them?”), overcompensation, collapse, tension and vocal acceleration which all lead to vocal fatigue and hinder our ability to communicate.
Join Tania Chelnov, Certified mVm Teacher, as we explore some mVm neck, jaw and tongue exercises to reset and build awareness of those places where tension comes in to sabotage us. We will also explore a few mid meeting, rehearsal, audition or performance tips for the times when we start to spiral back into tension.
